The room level is similar to Wild Orchid. It also has a sofa and is spacious. The price is half. The only downsides are that there is no elevator and the cheapest room doesn’t have a balcony. It’s right in the middle of Walking Street, and the restaurant on the first floor is open until 3 AM, and the staff are nice people.

Quaint hotel done up to look old and colonial. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice room with everything one would need. I was at the back hence very quiet. The front is actually on Field Ave aka Walking Street hence very noisy after dark. A couple of missing things that prevents nw being giving full marks; no elevator abs no restaurant for breakfast. Although there are lots of eateries around the hotel, I personally prefer breakfast in-house. A laundry a few metres away from the hotel. Lots of money changers along Field Ave aswell as many bars and clubs. Exciting location if you’re into that kind of thing.

I have stayed here multiple times. This has become my favorite spot in AC. The rooms are fresh, clean, and HUGE. AC is cold, water is hot, and the staff is great. Just know they dont have an elevator, but there are only 4 floors.

I always use it whenever I go, but what I always feel is that the staff approaches with a warm heart and that it is located in the middle of the city, making it great for traveling around the area. Keep up the good work! ^^

This hotel is right in the middle of Red Street. Since it’s located in Red Street, I felt safe walking around at night, and surprisingly the security was quite good. It’s a great place for those who want to enjoy the atmosphere of Red Street. There was no hairdryer in the room, but you can borrow one if you ask at the front desk. There were bugs on the first floor, so I think those who are not comfortable with that should choose a room on the third floor or above. Even though I only understand Japanese, the front desk and housekeepers were all very kind and responsive.
